Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes at Centre 81 are a really fun social environment in which to get fit.  Our members enjoy being pushed by the instructor and the camaraderie of working out with other people.  We have a varied timetable with something to suit everyone and your first class is a free trial so come along and give it a go!

 

Monday:

5pm - 6pm: Spin

6pm - 7pm: Circuits

 

Tuesday:

10:30am - 11:30am: Senior Special

6.30pm - 7.30pm:    Calorie Pump

7:30pm - 8:30pm:    PiYo

 

Wednesday:

6pm - 6.45pm:        HIIT

6.45pm - 7.45pm:   Boxing

 

Thursday:

5:30pm - 6:30pm:  Kettlebell Fitness

6:30pm - 7:30pm:  Spin

7.30pm - 8.30pm:   PiYo

 

Friday:

6pm - 7pm:  Gym Circuits

7pm - 8.30pm:  Bootcamp

Class descriptions 

Circuits:

A fast paced class that is the ”musical chairs” of fitness - each station is different - Cardio, Strength, Core stability, Flexibility.  All ages and levels.

Boxing:

Gloves and pads provided.  An excellent way to improve all round fitness.  And to relieve stress!

Spin:

Use state-of-the art indoor spin bikes to hill climb, hill sprint and race to the finish line in this fun and functional workout.  A fantastic way to increase your overall fitness.  

Seniors Special:

A class aimed to get the body moving better and adding in some fun circuits for all levels. 

 PiYo:

Inspried by yoga and pilates, this fluent and energizing class improves core strength, flexibility and balance.

Calorie Pump:

Get stronger, fitter, leaner, more toned and burn those calories in this studio barbell class.

Kettlebell Fitness: 

A functional, whole body fitness class - combining cardio and strength training, fun and varied, and a challenging class for any level. 

HIIT: 

An aerobic training class like no other, this will take youto the next level of fitness. Push yourself and exceed your limits. 

Bootcamp:

A pre-bookable 10 week course. Teaching the basics of working with weights, hiit, interval training and endurance challenges. Dietary advice and weigh-ins optional!
