Personal Training with our instructor can help you achieve all of these.

Fitness Classes at Centre 81 are a really fun social environment in which to get fit. Our members enjoy being pushed by the instructor and the camaraderie of working out with other people. We have a varied timetable with something to suit everyone and your first class is a free trial so come along and give it a go!

A pre-bookable 10 week course. Teaching the basics of working with weights, hiit, interval training and endurance challenges. Dietary advice and weigh-ins optional!
The great thing about the gym at Centre 81 is its variety. Anyone can work out here, from someone who just wants to go for a walk when the weather is bad to someone who really wants to work on their athletic conditioning and everyone in-between. Our equipment, like the dual adjustable pulley and the multifunctional rack, means we can provide a huge range of exercises without overloading the space available to us.
The gym offers a variety of cardio-vascular machines, resistance machines, a pulley machine, medicine balls, kettlebells, powerbags and a selection of free weights including Olympic weights and dumbbells. Showering and changing facilities along with lockers are also available.
We are currently open 7 days a week from 7am – 9pm.
Our competitively priced memberships offer you full access to the gym during our opening times, your initial induction and a free all over body workout designed by our fitness instructor personalised to your specific goals and needs.
Gym inductions are available at the following times:
Tuesday: 0900-1030 & 1200-1400
